Bryan Colangelo addressed the media again on Monday and indicated to us, that, like Bosh feels, we are a good team on paper, but that it is just a mentality issue.

Colangelo pointed to the fact that going 25-11 over a 36 game span, and winning 29 games by the All-star break which ties a franchise record indicates that we do in fact have a competitive team, just an inconsistent one.

Colangelo also agreed to the sentiment that he fell into complacency around trade deadline time due to the Raptors success going into the break. Refreshing honesty to say the least.

The good things we heard is that he is indeed planning to make some moves to convince Chris Bosh to stay in town. He also discussed the fact that there is a market for many of the Raptors players as they will able to gauge that at deadline time.
