KD and Thunder too much for Raptors (Highlights)

20 March 2010 No Comment

Kevin Durant was in Toronto Friday night and lit up the Raptors to the tune of 31 points and 6 rebounds, including going an outstanding 17-18 from the line.

Russell Westbrook chipped with a double double of 11 points and 10 assists.

The Thunder look like a team poised to make some serious noise in the postseason and it is truly amazing what Presti has done for the Thunder so far and they have cap space to maneuver with as well as 2 1st round draft picks this year.

This Thunder team is only to get better and better once they give Harden and bigger role, add two first round picks and make wise use of their cap space, and you have a perennial contender in the treacherous western conference.  The failed Chandler deal would have given the Thunder the big they need, but looking at his injury problems since than….good decision to rescind trade after he failed his physical.

Kevin Durant is one of the best players in the NBA, and actually has my vote for league MVP; he led the Thunder to a huge turnaround this year. LBJ and the Cavs were one of the leagues best last year with a motley crew, now they have Shaq, Antawn Jamison, Jamario Moon, Anthony Parker and Leon Powe.

Kevin Durant will be an All-Star for years to…..

Wait this is a Raptors blog right?

The Raptors lost again, and fans are embracing for the worst, not much more to say, on to the highlights (lowlights)
